Prepare your footwear by placing them securely in a box or mailbag. Include your order number, name and any relevant details.

Once we receive your footwear, our skilled team will diligently work on completing the repairs. Please note that the repair process may (in some cases) take up to 6 weeks from the time we receive them.

Rest assured, we offer FREE return delivery of your repaired footwear via courier of our choice (Read more in the Delivery section).
